REGISTRATION YEAR

1915-17:  4/1 to 3/31

1930-76:  1/1 to 12/31  (Grace period to 1/31 1930-58, 2/15 1959-76)

Monthly Staggered Registration began 1/1/1976, expire "MAR 76" to

"FEB 77", based on last digit of 1975 plate (1 = JAN to 0 = OCT).

New registrations since assigned same month of next year, except

November issued "OCT" and December issued "JAN".  "NOV" and "DEC"

added 1989, made up of two stickers ("1"+"1" or "1"+"2").

Permanent registration required 2000 for all vehicles more than 10

years old, with 500% of normal fee charged.  "PERM" sticker issued.

Optional Two-Year Registration began 2001.
